We taste everything
Every batch gets tried by at least two people before it's approved to jar. No exceptions, no shortcuts.
We name our sources
If a customer asks where an ingredient came from, we should be able to answer specifically, not vaguely.
Small team, real ownership
Everyone here handles more than one job. If that sounds stressful rather than interesting, this probably isn't the right fit.
